Xmas Lights in NYC

The night was sooo cold all of our feet froze! But it was cool to see the city so colorful for the winter season.

I went and photographed some "corporate" portraits for the dudes at the End Records. It was a funny day. Luckily all the guys were into being photographed... some a little too much!

SNOW!

First big snow of the season! Wasn't much and didn't last very long but it was pretty for the few hours early in the morning.

Central Park Fall 07

I finally made it out to Central Park this fall before all the trees were bare. Although I arrived about 30 mins before the sun hid behind the Manhattan skyline I managed to capture a few photos of the amazing leaf colors. Nature in NYC!

THANKSGIVING 07

538 Johnson and more all joined forces and cooked a ginormous amount of food to feed all that stayed behind in New York for Thanksgiving. The feast was amazing and so much food. I think there was at least 15 pies! The day was beautiful, 60 degrees and the party was a fun time.

Halloween 07

Halloweeen NYC... we decided to try and see the parade but of course was extremely crowded so when the police were not watching we snuck under the barricades and joined in the fun and walked up 6th Ave in the parade. The theme was "Wings of Desire". I was a Ladybug! Check out the monster with the wings below! The rest of the night was full of NYC adventures walking around and running into friends. So many obscure people and costumes, halloween has to be the craziest night in new york, with the craziest people roaming about...

Soccer Crew!

Its getting too cold for soccer night but thanks to Chris from Apt 210 we all have the team photo to remember the fun summer nights!

Chris's Birthday!

Sunday was Chris's Birthday. A few of us went to Quantam Leap and brunched on the best vegan blueberry pancakes in the city!

After brunch we went back to the StrongHold to get ready for the party later that evening. I cooked forever, it seemed. But everything turned out awesome and delicious. Check out the Tostada Party below... Pinata and all!

We've been cooking some epic brunches at the StrongHold recently on Sundays. Tofu scamble, home fries, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, fruit salad...yum!

Sex in the City

The Sex and the City movie was being filmed on the streets right near my job on Friday so I had to go by to try and catch any of the action. As I was giving up on any hope to see anything the next street I walked by SJP herself was coming out of her trailer to go film a scene on the next street over. I stayed a bit to watch the scene. It was pretty cool watching "Carrie" strut down an Manhattan street carrying a VOGUE magazine with the fake wind and fake fall leaves blowing in her way... check the bitty pixs.

Ryann Visits!

Ryann and Matt finally came to town and visited! They stayed with me a night and Mr. Big, Ryann's chiuaua, that was fun! Move here RyePie and MattyPatty!

Little Lad's Basket

Finally tried out the all vegan buffet down on Wall St. It was pretty good, especially for the bargain of only $3.99. Breakfast is only $2.99 but Lunch is way better and more options. The fruit salad with granola and chocolate sauce is the best!

Last Redbook Shoot

Today was the last day of the "real life, healthy life" shoot that I photo assisted on once a month for a year for Redbook Magazine. After the photoshoot all the crew and women went out to a fancy dinner in the meatpacking district to celebrate the finish of the year!

Staten Island Ferry

Yesterday was Jen's Birthday and today Colby decided to kidnap me for a FREE ride on the ferry to Staten Island...

Chelsea and Fam Visit NY!

Chelsea, Mark, Cailyn, Gracie finally made it to NY for a quick stop. It was a lot of fun to see them. We all went to the East Village in the city to have dinner with Sasha. Hope they come back again!
